1)Bearing water pressure, the water pressure must up to the request. To adjust the tightness of the packing,and replace the sleeve in time.

2)When replacing  the bearing,the bearing assembly must be dust-free, no any dust in it. and the lubricating oil shall be clean. The bearing temperature during pump operation shall not exceed 60-650c and the maximum shall not exceed 750C.

3) to ensure the coaxiality of the motor and the pump, to ensure that the elastic pad in the coupling is complete and correct, damaged should be replaced in time.

4) ensure correct, firm and reliable installation of pump components and pipeline system.

5) part of the slurry pump parts are vulnerable parts, in daily use to pay attention to the wear and tear of vulnerable parts, timely repair or replacement.In the process of maintenance or replacement of vulnerable parts of slurry pump, the assembly shall be ensured to be correct and the clearance shall be adjusted reasonably to avoid the occurrence of tight friction.
